My mission
Careers are no longer linear, and the route you take through your maze will be unique to you.
My mission is to give you the confidence to be in control of your own path. Work takes up so much of our lives and when it's not a good fit, it can take up more of our brain and willpower than it should.
I've been in the maze before, and always managed to find a way out.
My sales story
My whole career has been in sales, starting at 18 years old when I went to America to sell books door-to-door.
Starting in recruitment I've been in business development for not-for-profits, been a relationship manager in global law firms and worked as an account director in the HR technology sector.
But I wanted a change from only being seen as the number I could deliver. I wanted to make more of a personal impact. So I left.
And now I use all my deep sales skills of questioning, active listening with no agenda for the benefit of my career change clients.
How We Work Together
My approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that with enough space and guided support, you have the answers to what you need within yourself.
Our relationship will be collaborative, to help you identify your strengths, uncover limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies.
I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I provide a non-judgmental space for you to do just that.
I'm not you, and I don't have your experiences, but I do have the skills and the time to help you uncover what's right for you.

I offer one-on-one career coaching, online or in person, to give you the personalised experience you deserve.
Individuals who want a more prescribed approach can get all the personalisation of individual sessions coupled with the Firework Career Coaching Programme.
Using the Firework tools means we can go even deeper into your values and motivations, get creative with possibilities and finally devise the action plan that's going to get you that perfect role.
